Homemade Baguettes
For Valentines day I tried making homemade French Baguettes for my lovely wife.
The recipe itself was fairly simple (less ingredients then most breads), but when I first shaped them they didn’t look so great.
The good news is they looked MUCH better after they were done rising and baking, and tasted great too!

We won the grand prize in the Gar Woods North Shore Night in North Lake Tahoe last week…our very own Wild Turkey Chair! Doesn’t really fit with the rest of our decore in Tahoe, but its a fun chair.

North Lake Tahoe Gourmet Ski tour - we snowshoed in and out. It was a perfect warm weekend day in the sun to try some nice food and wine, then follow it up with dessert, Margaritas, and a band on a “snow stage”
